Friends who I cat-sat for a few months ago were gracious enough to leave me a bottle of this delicious wine. They know me well. Benefits from the wine go towards Dogs for the Deaf, a charity in Oregon that oversees the rescue and training of hearing-assist dogs. After a little research, I found they are an Ecluse wine, and if we ever make it up to Paso Robles, we are definitely stopping in.
